About TinyPixr

TinyPixr makes images smaller: compress JPG, PNG and WebP files, convert between formats, and resize them, several at a time.

Unlike most image tools, TinyPixr never uploads your pictures. They are processed by your own browser on your own device, so private photos stay private and there is no waiting for uploads.

As a bonus, saving an image through TinyPixr removes hidden metadata such as the camera model and GPS location.

How we build our tools

• Free, with no sign-up. Open the page and use the tool. There are no accounts and no paywalls.
• Private by default. Tools run in your browser wherever possible. When a server is needed, we process what is required to answer your request and do not log or store it.
• Fast and focused. One job per tool, done well, on any device.
• Funded by ads. Ads keep the tools free. They sit in clearly labelled spaces and never between a tool and its result.

Who is behind TinyPixr

TinyPixr is made by Codebit, a small independent studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, that builds websites and apps. TinyPixr is one of a family of small, free utility sites that share the same simple design and the same privacy principles.
